Metro Hotel in Dublin

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in a great location, close to the airport and the botanical gardens (however it's not on a LUAS line). The family room was excellent with lots of space for a family of four and the shower was especially good. The price was very reasonable for what we got, including a decent breakfast (typical hot and continental selection). I'm knocking a star off because the air con didn't work in our room, which wasn't pleasant during a 30c heat wave! We will definitely stay again if we have a night in Dublin.

I wasn't overly impressed. The hotel was close to the airport and the shuttle was easy to find, but.... 1- I paid for the upgraded restaurant service. 3 course meal. Not worth it. The service was horrible. The food is so. For the price extremely overated and over priced. The appetizer of grilled Calamari was okay, but the tiger prawn pasta was tasteless, and there were no tiger prawns in the dish. The waitress never came back and I never did get my third course. 2-The hotel rooms- phone to reception didn't work, so I wasn't able to call down for a wake up call Hot water didn't always work. It was a hit or miss when you turned it on And the blow dryer was a no go, but it was clean The bus was close to get downtown about a 30 min ride and only 2,60€

Booked it on the fly for our last night in Ireland. Got upgraded from normal double room to deluxe suite with no additional cost and had a very good experience with it. The food in the restaurant was also Nice 👍🏻

Nice comfortable room, good food, airport shuttle is excellent. Parking available as well..

We stayed at Metro Hotel & Apartments Dublin Airport the night before our flight and had a great experience. The staff were excellent – friendly, professional, and very helpful. The airport shuttle service was super convenient and made our departure stress-free. Perfect choice for a short stay near the airport. We'd definitely stay again!

Very clean and nice with a good restaurant. There aren’t many other restaurants in the area. Free shuttle to the airport by reservation.

Far from the city center 35 minutes by bus but close to the airport with free shuttle leaving from the hotel. Perfect for the last night. Spacious and very clean room. Very good restaurant too.
