Metro Hotel in Dublin

Very helpful staff….efficient and most helpful & welcoming.

Fantastic location, minutes away from Dublin airport. Also has free shuttle bus service to & from Dublin airport. Bus stops are within a few steps away from the hotel entrance providing public transport to Dublin city centre. Apartment was huge, very clean. 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, with a full kitchen, sitting room and an amazing closed in balcony with amazing views too. Food was delicious, fantastic range on offer. Staff were very polite, helpful & couldn't do enough.

The staff are absolutely lovely. We arrived very late at night after bringing our mum to Beaumont hospital and Julien in the bar made us sandwiches at 11.30 at night even though the kitchen was closed. The front of house staff, Federica and the staff in the dining room and Julien and Jordan behind the bar were all so kind and accommodating during a very stressful time. The rooms were lovely and spacious.

Great location near the airport for a decent price, city centre quite far (€25 by taxi). Nice breakfast and really helpful personnel. Downside: Shower bit outdated.

Great hotel for a short stay in Dublin between flights! The staff were extremely friendly, rooms were very comfortable and quiet, breakfast was great, and it was an easy bus ride to the centre of the city. I’d stay here again.

The service at the reception was very very friendly and helpful. That's the reason why we still give 3 of 5. The transport to the airport was also very kind and helped with the luggage.

Booked this hotel / apartment as we had an early flight so needed to be close to the airport . Apartment was nice and clean .. wished we could have spent some more time there . The restaurant of the hotel has some great food options too

Too expensive for a hotel that needs some room repairs and doesn't include breakfast for €150.

Stayed at the metro hotel in December 2024 brilliant service and went above and beyond for me. They I stay for a week in june 2025 and the staff were very friendly and let us check in early, the room was spotless and food is lovely. The shuttle bus is very handy takes the stress out of travelling

I accidentally booked my three night stay for the wrong dates. When I arrived today, I had no reservation on file. Diana graciously rebooked my room for me
