Mocha Beans at Pearse Station is a cozy spot with excellent drinks and treats. Their hot chocolate, topped with whipped cream and marshmallows, was rich and perfectly sweet. The white chocolate biscuit bar was a delicious mix of creamy and crunchy textures. Great presentation, friendly service—definitely worth a visit!

Bubble Waffle Factory

23/12/2024: I ordered a boba tea from here and it was amazing the best I had in years not to mention it’s run by this lovely lady who had the best hospitality imaginable. It’s a small business and it’s definitely surpassing any expectations I had. Also the sizes are much larger than other places.

23/01/2025: It was our first time there. The staff is really nice. My ravioli that was a special was delicious. What I particularly enjoyed was the vibe. Perfect for a couples night out.
