M&S Café This café is located on the top floor of M&S. We had a short break here before going to the M&S Foodhall. There are both indoor and outdoor seating areas. Toilet facilities are also available on this floor.

Just bought a latte from here, tasted like milk. We went back and told the Barista that it tasted like milk, she charged us extra and added 2 shots of coffee. Still tastes poor.

Con: Not a lot of food options. Pro: Good for the open terrace in a sunny day.

Decent food and pitstop option while shopping in Dublin. When the weather is nice the balcony over Grafton street is quite nice location.

It's a guarantee to have a snack and decent coffee on Grafton street for an unbeatable price. And on a good day, enjoy one of the best open terraces in Dublin. And it's a great place to stop with kids too - their kids meal is unbeatable, not only it's pizza or sandwitch, choice of snack and a drink - they pitch a fruit for free!

Starbucks

25/09/2026: I’m not usually someone who leaves public reviews, but this time I felt I really had to. I want to leave a huge compliment for manager Myra ( May) and the wonderful barista Bruna. Every time I walk in, they greet me with a genuine smile and a great energy that always makes me feel so welcome. Both Myra and Bruna show true respect for their work every single day. You can clearly see how hard they work, how professional they are, and how much pride they take in their jobs. Learning that Myra is transferring to another shop... she will be greatly missed, and I wish her all the best at her new location. At the same time, I truly believe Bruna deserves to be promoted from barista to supervisor. She has shown she is ready for an upgraded position, and I know she will do a fantastic job and succeed. "Thank you both for always making my visits so bright". Excellent experience, top-tier service, and a well deserved five stars.👏👏👏
