I went for a drink with live Irish music and dancing.

Just a comment for the waitress Nur: so rude.
The food Is not so good and the prices are pretty expensive, but the shows Is Amazing. If all this must be ruined by a person It becomes a pretty bad experience.

Murray's saved us on the evening of our arrival in Dublin because the kitchen was still serving dinner late into the evening and it was close to our hotel! It may not have been the best dinner we've had in Dublin - the Caesar salad was rather average - but the Guinness and beef stew were delicious! Vegetarian and gluten-free options were also available, so everyone in the family was fed. But the best part was the live band, followed later by Irish dancers, and all of this was free with your visit to the pub! Okay, it wasn't Riverdance, but you don't usually see dancers perform live in pubs! We came back a few days later, just for drinks, but the doorman would have sent us upstairs because all the tables downstairs were taken. Unfortunately, you can't hear any of the live show there. We just sat at the bar and enjoyed the Irish music and dancing. And even though beer is a bit more expensive in Dublin, it was still a lot cheaper here than in Temple Bar!

My family and I went for dinner one day and ended up going back two more times. The food was very good (the meat was spectacular, very good too), the service was great (with several waiters who spoke Spanish), and starting at 8:30 p.m., there was live music and dancing.
Like many places, they apply a 12.5% fee to groups of 5 or more (which was our case), but the price still wasn't bad.
The only thing was that the chocolate dessert was very small; at €7.95, it wasn't worth it.

Best atmosphere and great singers and dancers, overall a good spot to spend the evening
A typical Irish pub. Downstairs, they have music for people dining, but without a reservation, it was impossible to get a seat, and we ended up in room 1. The decor is very quaint, and the place is pleasant.
The best part was the waitress we had. Friendly, hard-working, and very attentive. She gave us recommendations, and they were all spot-on.
Keep in mind that the portions are huge when ordering. We had the cauliflower (it must have been a whole cauliflower, at least); the cheese (quite good); and the ribs, which were a bit dry. But still, tremendous portions. The price is also a bit high.

Very close to the Academy Plaza, the hotel where we stayed, is this lovely place where we enjoyed our first and last Guinness during our stay in Dublin. They serve traditional Irish dishes (very well prepared and in generous portions), including the famous Irish breakfast, and of course, the good and varied local beers. The waiters were very friendly, kind, and entertaining, with some of them exchanging greetings and a few words of Spanish they knew. We were served by Omar, from Mexico, who kindly explained all the details of the menu to us, in perfect Spanish... a luxury! The only thing we missed was seeing the traditional dance show. If we return to Dublin, we will definitely visit again. Fantastic place!
The Beef and Guinness stew was phenomenal especially compared to other pubs in Dublin
The live music and Irish dancers were fantastic as well
Make sure to make a reservation for a table to enjoy the music and dancing on weekends as it can definitely get busy
Omar was fantastic and took excellent care of us both nights we were here
Would definitely come back here next time we visit
