My Meat Wagon in Dublin

This is hands down the best bbq pork and beef I’ve found in Europe. The Carolina sauce brought me back to South Carolina. Service and vibe was great as well. Outstanding!

Real Texas style Barbecue in Dublin, better than Rudy’s BBQ!

Being from the South in the US, bbq is my thing. The food here was good. Now weird part, the picture I am posting isn’t all the food. When brought to the table, all was in a go box king of thing sitting on a plate. I ended up taking out the food to transfer to the plate. The box still contained a lot of fries and slaw. If asked if I would go back, sure..

I'd have to really nit-pick to give it less than 5 stars! The staff were friendly and on top of things. The food was gorgeous and the meat box was generously portioned (with some hidden little pickled veggies which were a really nice addition). I also tried their whiskey sour which was tasty, but a little weak tasting, but that is honestly the only thing I could possibly complain about. I would highly recommend the spot for anyone who enjoys barbeque style food or food packed full of flavor.

Wow! Seated and served quickly. Food was so good. Side dishes let them down a wee bit but not enough to take a star off :) portion size was great.

Top quality and super tender meat. Service was fast. Price was super honest. Definitely deserves a comeback.

Great place to eat meat! The beef ribs are fantastic- full of flavour and fall apart. I like they have ‘beer of the month’ and checked that a red ale (Feb special) was to my taste. Good to know they care about their customers 😄

Meats were so tender and the beef fell right off the bone. Nice beer too
