Nando's in Dublin

I ran into an issue with a take out order which was resolved in a quickly in such an effective manner that I was impressed. The store manager (no names to maintain privacy) was friendly and so good in an age were competency is so rare that it's basically a super power. The store manager was kind enough to write a note, add some extras, and even take the time to give out an email address in case anything further went wrong. She really was a class act. The food itself was great as well. Exactly what I remember from Nando's as a kid. Thank you for the great experience

I love this place SO much. Defenitly rating it 5 stars, no doubt. The food is just amazing, the dips are delicious, and the design and aesthetic of the restaurant as well as the menu and the whole concept of it is really cool, and each dip tastes completely different which adds to the whole variety of the place in general. The staff are also very nice and helpful. There is also a thing called "Nando's' rewards" where you can get a loyalty card, and for every €10 or more you spend, you get a reward point system known as "Chillis". Basically there are three ranks to it, green orange and red, and the more chilli's you have, to better rewards you get, such as free chicken, free starters etc. I could go on and on about how much I live this place, but Basically what I'm saying is that you should defenitly try this place out. South African here, and this is the best Nando's I've had outside of South Africa. They actually added enough extra sauce, and the flavour reminded me of home.

The food is delicious, I loved it! If you don't like spicy food, be careful not to order it too spicy hahaha.

Llegó para cenar a las 6: 30 pm y el lugar estaba ocupado. Nuestro grupo de 3 estaba sentado en la planta principal y nos advirtieron que había asientos adicionales disponibles en el segundo piso. No te asustes si ves las mesas del piso principal llenas; podría haber espacio arriba. Dicho esto, el menú es el mismo que tenemos en Canadá y hemos experimentado en Australia. La calidad de la comida era buena y el anfitrión y los servidores eran muy amables. Nos preguntaron varias veces durante nuestra comida si todo estaba bien. Buena calidad, buenas porciones - como era de esperar.

Este lugar es genial! Decidir ir era de última hora para mi amigo y para mí, así que me preocupaba que no consiguiéramos una mesa, pero estábamos sentados inmediatamente a pesar de que estaban bastante ocupados. Las mesas también están separadas de tal manera que tendrás privacidad, ¡incluso cuando estés en medio de la prisa por la cena! Pedir a través del código QR es muy fácil y eficiente, y todo el restaurante funciona muy bien organizado y ordenado. Todo el personal estaba en la pelota, manteniendo todo muy limpio y asegurándose de que todos los clientes eran atendidos. Con el restaurante tan lleno, me quedé muy impresionado por su excelente nivel de servicio al cliente. La comida de Nando siempre es deliciosa, pero esta rama en particular es brillante.
