Nando's in Dublin

Was in Nandos earlier and stupidly left my retainers on the table, I think the member of staff that helped me when I went back was called Jack, he was absolutely great and checked the bin for me and was able to find them and even cleaned them. I am very grateful as retainers are not cheap to replace, and he went out of his way to help me!

We had Lynn as our server and she was an absolute delight!!! She was extremely polite when the delicious caramel cheesecake i usually order was out of stock (no one dropped it of course) so she offered an exchange and recommended the chocolate cake! Which i never indulge in at Nandos however she was so right to recommend it!!!! We never had so much fun with a server she has truly exceptional customer service skills!!! GIRL you gotta look up the Tonka Jahari reference!!! Much love from Vikki and Rachel!!!! Xx

Visited on Tuesday evening 13th Jan 2026 Not up to the usual standard, Chicken Burnt over charred, did ask to replace some was given 2 small pieces of Chicken, got the boneless sharing Platter, have eaten here a few times previously and meal was very good but let down this time. Loaded chips with chicken was also ordered these were luke warm, overall not that good this time round.

LISTEN. I've had a ton of great experiences at various Nando's, but this was absolutely NEXT LEVEL! I always have to order at the till because of my gluten allergy, and the staff were so knowledgable and helpful (as always)! Their food delivery hadn't come in earlier in the day, so they were down a good deal of sides, but the staff helped me find things that were gluten free on their temporarily limited menu! The manager (Wayne, I believe) was so welcoming and amazing - He gave me some Nando's stickers to take home with me! Delicious, as always, and just a PERFECT birthday dinner for me! :) YAY NANDO'S!!

Andreia was wonderful, she treated us very well, she was fantastic, a very valuable girl.

It's Nandos folks. Sadly on my visit, they burnt my chicken to a crisp, was so dry that the Sahara had more moisture. Manager did get them to make me a new meal, was juicy spicy and Totally Yummy. The Portuguese tarts are very filling if you take the 5, be sure to share, you never gonna finish it yourself. Always a good meal out, happy that Nando's made it to Ireland. Back again, still as great as always, previous time the chicken was a little burnt, but I simply asked for a new chicken and they obliged, thanks, love the vibe and the service.. keep on Nandoing... Takes me back to those days early days when it all started in the HQ in wynberg Sandton in Johannesburg... Lekker lekker soos n krakker
