Nespresso Boutique in Dublin

I had a special discount offer emailed to me by Nespresso. It would not work online nor in the shop. Very disappointing.

Wow. When I checked the website the prices were really high but in the shop they were half the price! That's nice but what really blew me away was the complimentary (free) coffee just tell them what pod you want and they put it in the machine and give it to you,this isn't just a coffee shop it's an experience, everything down to how the coffee sleeves are dispensed

Staff are always pleasant. Coffees are delicious. Perfect spot for a morning coffee after night shift, or an afternoon cup of your favourite brew. 👌

The nicest Nespresso store I've ever visited.

I shop here regularly. Staff are lovely but seems under staffed and they can be frazzled. Queues of people waiting and a bit shambolic queuing system . I think the layout could use a rethink. I'd like to see the pod recycle return 24/7 with a hatch in the door or window . A few mornings I've gone in wanted to try a new seasonal pod but no staff at the bar serving coffee to try. I own machine but I don't try anything new because the staff are almost always busy serving . I hope they get more staff to make it a more pleasant experience

The service changes drastically depending on who is attending you. One man was incredibly helpful, offering tasting, advice, showing off products, sips of coffee. You could really feel like if you were in a luxury place. However, a different day a blond woman attended me and she just cashed the products, and asked a bit emotionless “if I was aware that the products were different sizes”, without offering advice and not a single smile.

I have always had a good customer experience and today was superb. Met Tommy at the coffee bar, while he held a class demonstrating both hot and cold brews with their seasonal coffee. Tommy was a great host and was quite knowledgeable. Fun time was had by all who participated!

I came here this morning to buy coffee, and I got lucky that a lovely staff Naomi assisted me with the purchase and she made me a delicious cup of coffee to try the new coffee “change please” that supports homelessness.

Had a lovely experience trying some new types of coffee before I stocked up. Michael at the till was an absolute gentleman, helped me setup a new account and was extremely informative.
