Nespresso Boutique in Dublin

I visited this store today to restock on coffee pods and had a wonderful experience. I entered the well organized, clean store and was welcomed by the staff. Kobi kindly offered to get my coffee pods for me and I was pleasantly surprised to also be offered coffee whilst my order was getting prepared. The time I spent at Nespresso Grafton Street was truly pleasant, I left feeling satisfied. Thank you.

When I visited this morning, I was immediately welcomed and offered a tour through the boutique. Ana, who felt incredibly competent and charming, guided me through the different machine and coffee variants. She listened carefully to my needs, tastes, and opinions and made them guide the overall experience. Overall, I highly enjoyed my time in the store and will visit again!

Just bought my pods stock from the Nespresso boutique on Duke Street in Dublin, Ireland, and I must say that my experience was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by a team of staff who were not only helpful and cheerful but also incredibly knowledgeable about the products they offered. The staff at Nespresso were well-informed about the various coffee blends and flavors, and they even took the time to inform me about the latest edition and release. I was pleasantly surprised when they offered me the opportunity to try the new product, which allowed me to make an informed decision about my purchase. Seasonal delight spices flavor. I’d say it will go well after or with a 🍷 The boutique itself was clean, well-arranged, and organized. The shelves were neatly stocked and replenished, showcasing the wide range of coffee sleeves available. It was evident that the staff took great pride in maintaining the boutique's appearance, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere for customers. I appreciate the effort and dedication demonstrated by the staff at Nespresso Duke Street. I left the boutique feeling satisfied and confident in my purchase. Having no idea about coffee (I don't drink it), I went into the shop after buying my partner a nespresso machine. Naomi served me and it was truly one of the nicest experiences I've had in a shop! I told her my problem (I'm clueless about coffee) and she helped me pick out coffee for him, based on what he likes, without being pushy. She even enticed me to try some myself! I really hope company bosses read this because she's truly a gem in that shop and I'll be back!

First time in an Nespresso boutique, and I was impressed. The staff was helpful and friendly. We picked out some new flavours and was offered to try a cup of coffee ☕️ it an experience for sure. Will defo try and visit every time I’m in Dublin.

I had a fabulous experience in the shop with Naomi. I was rushing to catch a bus home and I needed to buy a replacement machine. She couldn't have been more helpful and nice as she showed me how to use the new machine, choose coffee and set up the subscription service and register the warranty. And she did it all at breakneck speed. It was a lovely experience of in-person shopping. Beautiful shop too.
