I had a wonderful experience at the Nespresso Boutique Dublin. The store is beautiful, well-organized, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. A special thanks to Coby, who took the time to explain everything so clearly, precisely, and patiently. He made it easy to understand the different coffee options and machines without ever making us feel rushed. His knowledge, professionalism, and friendly approach truly made the experience memorable. Excellent customer service, I would definitely recommend this boutique to anyone looking for a great coffee experience!

Had an amazing masterclass experience with Tommy. He made gorgeous coffees and told us interesting stories about the history and origin of coffee, especially about the coffee for the masterclass. He's also a great barista. 5 stars!
