Nespresso Micro Boutique in Dublin

I recently dropped by the Nespresso Boutique in Dundrum Town Centre and was very impressed with my experience there. The staff were very welcoming and there was a nice environment in which to browse and view the different coffee varieties available to purchase. I was greeted and served by a pleasant young chap called Andre who was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable about coffee and the many different varieties available. Andre allowed me to sample the Frosted Carmel Nut which was absolutely delicious, as I am a devout coffee fan. I was very much impressed with my visit there and would highly recommend this little gem of a coffee boutique for any coffee lover! 5 star customer service at it's best!

Over the weekend, as I was just about to enter the boutique on level 1, there were sweets being thrown from a couple of levels above into Nespresso boutique, customers and staff seemed startled. I was afraid and decided to visit another time. Seems like a customer safety issue, please resolve this as soon as you can.

Paid a visit to the Nespresso boutique in Dundrum Shopping Centre last Saturday (23rd Sept). Staff were great, salesperson i got was extremely helpful and her knowledge of the products and promotions was very good !! Wasnt sure on the right coffee to go with and with a quick description of what i like she matched it perfectly. Recommend a nespresso machine to everyone but more so pay the staff in dundrum a visit to get it. Im 24 years in retail and service was 10/10
