New Star House Chinese Takeaway in

I really like their 4 in 1 and the chicken balls

I order from here regularly and I absolutely love the food, it’s always really good and one of my go-to places. However, the service from the current receptionist really lets the place down. Where the owners/other staff are very friendly. When calling to order, I’m never told how long it will take or how much it will cost I always have to ask before he hangs up. When collecting, he often comes across as quite rude and not very welcoming. It’s a shame because the previous receptionist was much more friendly and social, which made the place more welcoming. I hope this improves, as the food itself is great and I’d love to keep ordering from here
