Received a load of pond plants from an online order this morning and have to seriously commend whoever did the packing. I've had a lot of postal plant deliveries over the years ranging from acceptable to disastrous to dead. This order everything was all really carefully wrapped, packed and relabelled so it wouldn't leak in transit. In an ideal world less plastic would be nice but unavoidable given the nature of what I ordered so thank you very much whoever you were! One plant is looking a bit non-existent but it's perennial so wont panic as yet. Quick and easy ordering/delivery too so thumbs up all round.

A great selection of aquatic plants and baskets for ponds. There are some invasive plant options on offer, so be mindful of what you buy. It would be super if they highlighted the plants that are native and support biodiversity. The cafe was great. Really delicious food and wonderful service. A gem!

Nice but very expensive for even the smallest thing

Garden centre, tea room and shop, including pet shop. Good advice and good plants outside. Coffee shop - especially GF options - is excellent.

Roses were packaged well with some sort of eco friendly recycled latticed cardboard and delivered quickly. Jenny from customer service is very helpful.
