Really impressed with the gluten-free options here. Staff were careful about cross-contamination and prepared everything in a clean, proper way. Felt safe eating here and the food was lovely too

Well.what can I say about O'briens cleanliness is always of a high standard with the staff the guys are awesome always have a smile on there face costomer service is amazing the staff always have great time for there customers Gerald takes a lot of pride in his work very passionate about his sandwichs as I call him.gerald O'brien he's the best,, 😃 Julius the manager is very good at what he does he takes care of the cafe as it was his own great with his staff very chilled very friendly always has a smile.on face for everyone happy little family all the staff.are great 👍 well done guys yous are all amazing keep obriens running smoothly.🥰🥰

30/04/2026: Edit : The Howth branch gets 5 stars compared to the Clontarf one, got fish & chips there and it was on a whole other level. Edit 2 : For Clontarf in response to the owner : It was a delivery order, I couldn't really "complain" to the staff, the delivery was only a 4 minute drive (just to avoid the "What did you expect it's a delivery" comment), and honestly the other recent 1 star reviews should have alerted you that something's wrong by now... go to the Howth branch and compare it with the Clontarf one yourself... It's honestly mid, nothing to write home about, chicken burger tasted like fish (as in, cooked in old oil which was used for fish previously), the cod was pretty good, but the chips... yeah, either reheated or from "the bottom", at least they were salted which was nice, but for the price i just can't justify the taste, sorry beshoff but i won't be recommending you to anyone today
