O'Briens Sandwich Cafe in Dublin

Staff nice but slowest service. Saw loads of people come after me and get given their sambos before me. My lunch break is not long enough to wait this long for one bagel 😭😭

I’ve been coming here for many years. Service has always been on and off until recently. I arrived with family and from the second we stepped foot inside Dylan’s customer service and genuine warmth made our experience so special. He went above and beyond for us, informed my 90 year old grandmother about everything on the menu and was extremely patient and kind, especially given she is hard of hearing and Italian. Thank you again Dylan. Give that man a raise!!!!
