Yummy food. Piping hot, great value, wonderful flavours.

Up to 1h40min late and cold delivery (2 times) plus once order delivered to neighbors (with full address in hand) No confirmation of order accepted or updates on the order. They could be better if they want more customers. Was my last order with them.

Pretty good for a spice bag. Curry could be a little better a bit blanded. Kids love it

Tried Gem few times now and was very pleased with the experience overall. We ordered the Cantonese duck, sweet and sour chicken, and Szechuan chicken, all of which were cooked well and tasted great. The egg fried rice was also a highlight, nicely done and complemented the mains well. Portion sizes were good, with each meal more than enough to leave you full and satisfied. Definitely good value for money considering the portion to price ratio. Service was quick and efficient, no long waits for pick-up, which was appreciated. That said, it’s worth noting they only accept cash, which can be a bit inconvenient. Also, the chips were slightly on the dry side, and it would be really helpful if they had a proper website for browsing the menu or placing orders more easily and the interior could be a bit more welcoming mayhaps with more lighting when it's dark. All in all, a solid local takeaway with tasty food and good service.
