This hotel is perfect - charming and modern, perfectly located and the absolute best service - shoutout to Jose and Michael in particular. The bar and lobby area are lovely places to spend time and there are lots of thoughtful touches like a mending kit in the bathroom and flexibility on late checkout. Highly recommend Room 403 which has windows onto the river for a glorious sunset and sunrise and wonderful cool evening air.

Best hotel in Dublin!! I had a nice room with a view on the river on my request. The staff is super friendly and nice. My room was just a bit small for the price but I guess it is Dublin everything is so expensive in this town. And I had a king size bed. And the location is amazing in the center close to temple bar district but just one minute away so we escape the noise. And I loved the nice lobby and bar to have a last drink and relax before bed after being busy tourism all day. 😁

Incredible support staff, with a special mention to JEF, who is incredibly attentive and caring. A beautiful bar. The accommodations, although in need of some maintenance, are welcoming. The location couldn't be better. To be repeated

Beautiful, clean establishment, spacious room with a small terrace, and friendly staff. The only downside is the street noise, but with a few drinks in your head, it's manageable 😅 And the location is perfect! We recommend this establishment!

The lobby bar here is an amazing spot for a quiet afternoon Guinness - the staff are super nice.

The parts which have been renovated are excellently done and the staff couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. We really liked the "old school" feel: no cards for the lights, just proper keys and light switches. A radiator which we could simply turn up or down without need of a digital display. Doors and furniture all very solid. Everything actually works, which sadly feels like a nice change in the digitally dominated world. Location couldn't be better..... its a really good choice
