Lovely place in the city centre.
They have many options of dishes, I went for the. Tamagoyaki which is one of my favourites asian dishes, its just the plain one, I think they could have the version filled with sea weed and spring onions but its still good.
The staff were ok, the place is very comfy and tidy.
I’d definitely go back
I was really looking forward to going there because I had never tried okonomiyaki.
Unfortunately I was disappointed. The pancake (with added cabbage) itself was tasteless but it helped me to counteract the tonkatsu sauce which was very salty and used in abundance.
I added bacon (quite tasty) and grilled vegetables (which were actually sautéed) but they didn't help much.
The meat of the gyoza we ordered was not pork but minced bacon with added cooked ham. We were brought 10 as an apology since the girl at the counter didn't understand that we had ordered 6 and not 9 pieces. Unfortunately we left them because they were quite inedible as they were dry.
I don't recommend this place and it's a shame because between prices, choice and location it's not bad at all.
The Coke we had helped us digest.
Great casual dining spot with fantastic food. We ate lunch here. I was most interested to try the Okonomiyaki and it did not disappoint. An intriguing mix of flavours and textures. Loved the pork ramen, and the gyozas were some of the tastiest I had (we ordered pork, chicken and veggie) Excellent value also.
A very good experience, was greeted by a really friendly staff upon entering, told us how everything worked. The food was fantastic, a very good hangout place for you and some friends for sure and the music playlist is a very good selection, would absolutely come back again!
