Old Coach Inn in Castleblayney legal

From Glasgow... We brought my Dad home to Castleblayney for his 80th, booked the Old Coach Inn & honestly, Raymond & his staff couldn't do enough for our party of 19. Made us feel so welcome & nothing was a bother. The food was great & everyone of us were treated exceptionally by all the staff. The live music was an added bonus. 5 ⭐️ all round. Thanks for everything Raymond & staff.

This evening we celebrated by son's Christening and it was beautiful. The staff were exceptional and couldn't have been kinder. They were especially kind to my older son, who was ever so curious and constantly trying to eat the cake. The lady with the dark hair was amazing, she was constantly chatting to the kids. I'm sorry I didn't get her name. A real gem. Everyone mentioned how lovely the food was, it was very tasty and served in a timely manner with young children this was greatly appreciated. Raymond himself was there also and made it a joyous occasion with special little touches. I don't want to give too much away. I would highly recommend Watters for a family celebration. They really take good care of you. Thanks so much 😊

I ordered salt n chill chicken strips that tasted ok I didn't like the sauce, It was too sweet for me. I'd prefer it crispy dry.

Great place for a pint and some nice food and Raymond's alway about to welcome you in.

This is by far the best place in town for food . we got a three course menu and the food was delicious , service was fast and efficient and served with a smile. The owner ray is hands on and always there should any issue arise . I highly recommend the old coach inn
