Beautiful courtyard cafe in St Anne's park. Lovely coffee, sandwiches and sugary treats. Next to an Art Gallery and there is always a queue for their Ice Cream. Mediterranean style courtyard seating with umbrellas for shade. Nice place to do lunch and then have a walk among the stunning mature trees in the park.

This is a very nice cafe in St Ann’s Park - with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating- with a hearty breakfast and lunch menu- perfect for an after walk snack- lots of dog walkers and families with prams etc

Been coming here forever and love this place, left my phone here recently and never noticed I had lost it, wasn't bothered about the phone itself more so the cards etc, when I rang my number was told a staff member had dropped it to raheny Garda station, legend, many thanks.... just an update on previous review olive's is still as good but just an observation, with everything being so expensive nowadays have you ever considered smaller portions at a lower price, just looking around the tables today and noticed how much uneaten food, cake's buns etc left and when I visit cafe's nowadays with someone we usually share a cake both because of cost and size of portion, I'm just mentioning this as you were one of the first to launch sustainable takeaway coffee cups

Lots of gluten free options - orange cake, flapjack, scones. The toasted sandwiches can be made gluten free, and any of the soups I've had has been gluten free and able to be served with gluten free bread. My personal favourites though are either the avocado and bacon toast or the full Irish made gluten free. The coffee is fab too, and the staff are very friendly.

Tasty food but inside cafe is cold and draughty as both sets of doors are left open all the time

I originally stopped by Olive’s Room yesterday for tea and pastries. In the past, I wasn't a big fan of the pizza here. As it used to be mostly crust and the tomato sauce was a bit too sour. However, my daughter really wanted to try the veggie and pepperoni pizza, so we decided to give it another shot. There was a long queue, but the young man working at the pizza van was incredibly kind and patient with us. Honestly, I'm so glad we waited because it ended up being the best pizza we’ve ever had! The quality has improved massively. It was absolutely worth the wait !

Beshoff O'Connell Street

19/07/2026: The fish and chips are good. With fresh fish and not-too-greasy batter, the fries are pretty good. We had dinner in the ICU; the dining room is decent.
14/07/2026: The best fish and chips. Get the garlic sauce!
