10/10! Nice when you’ve heard good things about a restaurant and it exceeds expectations. Lovely place, quite small so I’d recommend making a reservation. New lunch menu is incredible value for the standard of food and service. The waiter/manager was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I can recommend the chicken & scallops, the hake with mussels and the salted caramel tart with vanilla ice cream. Divine. Looking forward to visiting again soon! Another visit in January 2025. So good again! The staff are really welcoming, kind & accommodating to solo diners, which is must appreciated! I had the Halibut for mains & Sticky Toffee Pudding to follow - both delicious. The spuds with truffle dip should be illegal, they are so good! And I have never tasted carrots like the Orwell Road carrots. Thank you for a lovely evening!

Late lunch here , really lovely food and cocktails... a neighbourhood gem.

Exceptional meal for a lovely birthday occasion. The food was delicious and our server (unfortunately we didn’t catch a name!) was incredibly informative and genial. We shared 4 oysters to start accompanied by a class of sparkling wine, shared the cured trout for a starter, then had the Angus beef and venison. The venison dish was particularly outstanding - very high standard of ingredient and beautiful flavours/presentation. Thank you 💖

Wonderful restaurant, everything from the snacks to the desserts was excellent with rich sauces in all the dishes even with the sides. Particularly reccomend the scallops. And the pecan pie for dessert was life affirming!

Really lovely date night, €150 w/4 glasses of wine 2x starters and mains. Really quality food, really amazing service. It’s really lovely going for a meal that you don’t regret any money you’re spending

A restaurant that is perfect in every way. Fantastic staff, stunning food, beautiful wine and cocktails and an atmosphere that is spot on. Its so hard to get it all right but here it is done with ease. Highly recommend. 🤩
