Osten Bar & Restaurant in Dublin

Top service and good food compared to what's around and common in the area and in dublin in general. Mostly Everyone from the Staff (with one exception) is friendly or polite and very fast on taking orders, serving food and cleaning tables. We ate here several times and every meal was good or very good. They serve Guiness which is a good beer, avoid the red wine it's cheap and sour. I liked the lasagne the most, if you like meat and cheese go for it, you won't regret it. The pasta with meat balls is although a winner. The curry needs a little more spicing (use the shakers if you feel the same) and coriander would round it up. The chicken wings could have been a touch more crunchy but the sauce was great. The breakfast is in general pretty good, fresh fruits and juice, milk, cereals. Joghurts. The cold buffet with cheese, ham and whatever that meat should be is not mine but that's a german thing I guess. A Gouda would have been nice. The croissants are very good, I don't like the bread rolls they are just oven heated and not from a bakery. Besides that, the breakfast choices are good, I liked the scrumbled eggs with salmon the most. If you're german, avoid the sausages! The atmosphere is between Sportsbar and casual restaurant, because of the glass windows it can be loud if there are groups of guests, which talk loudly. Well it's a hotel restaurant so, can't go into some kind of theme here, it tries to please everyones taste, but it's clean and in good shape. The music playlists are modern and have a good range. Sadly cant see the menu or prices , which prevented me looking for this restaurant
