Oxmantown in Dublin

28/06/2025: I’ve been here many many times & unfortunately I won’t be returning. This is solely down to the service. Tables are left dirty with plates on for far too long, service is non existent. It looks terrible. When we sat down I asked to order a coffee straight because of previous experience waiting too long, & was told no they’d send someone down. We were sat there for 15-20 minutes & asked another member of staff could we order, she said there’s other tables ahead of us waiting to order so we’d have to wait. This is scandalous. I don’t want to be one of those people but I work in the industry 10+ years. I don’t know if staff just aren’t experienced or there’s no standards, but it’s not ok. Unfortunately I won’t be back, even though the food is great. Staff need a full reset & proper training on how to serve people. The attitude and incompetence of some members of staff let this place down massively. Staff arguing with each other on the floor & it’s obvious some work more than others.

08/06/2025: Got a latte here that was lovely. I like their little outdoor seating area and it's in a great location. Staff all quick to help too
