Great pub to eat and drink. Traditional decoration very cosy. Really good value food. We went with kids and we all loved it. Also good for sports with many screens

Had the burger & chips fantastic good value for money could hardly finish it.The Roast Beef dinner is increditable beef is always tender & flavour from gravy is excellent also the veg is cooked perfectly NOT mushy & overcooked. Love this place

Food poor. Stringy, tasteless steak. Half of them couldn't be chewed. Onion rings and fries ok. Tasty sauce.

23/03/2024: Nice sandwiches, BUT...I really don't like how they include crisps and a dip with the takeaway sandwich. It's a nice gesture, but the dip comes in a single use plastic container. They must go through hundreds of them every week. Please consider using an alternative container. Also, it would make sense for the server to ask whether the customer wants these extras. A lot of people would refuse, which would reduce waste and cut costs at the same time.
08/03/2024: Free cookie on international women’s day, lovely hot chocolate and such nice staff! It brightened my whole day!
