I'll go through it point by point: For the price, you can't expect too much, but the downsides are that it's a four-story hotel with no elevator. If you're pregnant or anything like that, don't even bother going there because the stairs will exhaust you. The mattress was awful; we woke up with back pain. It's very well connected to the city center.

I've personally decided to give this place a five star review. Despite all the recent negative ones. This is due to the very reasonable price for such a handy location. Not exactly the Ritz, however I got everything I wanted, Shower, Toiletries, Coffee making facilities, WiFi etc. Back home if you got a B&B in the middle of nowhere for that price equivalent in euros, it would be a good deal I can tell you!

Not bad. It was a good price for us, considering we were practically in the center of London. There was no noise at night, and we were able to come and go without any problems whenever we wanted.

Very good room and very kind workers I don’t put more because it’s difficult to find them in the reception and because there is no WiFi and Internet doesn’t work very well. But it’s true that in their website it is written that there is no WiFi. Room very clean and complete

Location is great. You need to take id. ( 1st time, I have had to get a copy of passport in uk). The room smelt musty, the tap blasted out so I got wet. The paper was peeling. A little jaded all around. Also a couple of live ants. Got woken by people above at 4. Again around 5 by we think the milk man. And by a few others. Having said that. The bedding was clean and dry. And the room was clean. It was overall OK. £85 for the night was in fact ok. Yes I would go back, as you can pay double elsewhere

09/12/2025: Order: chicken chop suey with fried noodles. Food: slightly above average chop suey. Not excellent, not bad, but reasonably good. They followed my instruction no celery, and the tray wasn’t overloaded with onion. Noodles were a bit oily but had decent flavour. Overall acceptable, though nothing that stands out. 7/10 Portion: standard size, fully fair for this type of dish. Service: simple packaging – plastic tray for the main, plastic tray for the noodles, basic brown paper bag. No napkins, no chopsticks, no cutlery. Functional but very minimal. 6/10 Price: typical for Dublin, neither cheap nor overpriced. 6/10 Overall: 7/10. Decent value, slightly better than average taste, nothing surprising. Likely to return.
