Organised a Sunday private lunch for 28 people. The group comprised all ages from young children to elderly and wheelchair users and those with dietary requirements. The staff were very attentive and made the day a great success. The private room was spacious and wheelchair friendly. The on site parking and location close to the M11 made it easy for my guests to access.

Lovely hotel in centre of town, spacious, comfortable rooms. Enjoyed both dinner and breakfast in Nanny Kelly's too.

Even during a short-staffed period on our last visit, Denise and John went above and beyond, demonstrating an extraordinary dedication to maintaining the building and the rooms impeccably. It's only regrettable that such outstanding commitment often goes unnoticed. The breakfast is a culinary delight with an array of excellent made-to-order choices, complemented by the courteous and polite demeanor of the staff, Leon the young bar staff is an asset to the company the warm welcome and impeccable manners we receive from him every time we arrive to the bar for dinner /drinks hasn’t gone unnoticed. The personalised care and dedication from all the front reception team including sophie when we arrive adds an extra layer of charm to this exceptional inviting hotel experience.
