It's an Italian place with a wonderful atmosphere. The sandwiches have delicious, crunchy bread, and the ingredients are specially designed to leave you with a great taste in your mouth. Their coconut biscuits are also delicious.

11/08/2025: Allta is my fave spot to dine in Dublin. I visited the place so many times over the years and it never disappoints! The creativity of Niall - owner and head chef is beyond anything! And it’s not only food which is excellent! Always made with care to ingredients and season. With attention to the smallest detail. Flavours combinations are very often bold and excellent in contrast to so many places which are quite plain. We dined with allta at home during covid, in Slane Castle, in the parking, in their permanent venue in Docklands and in Casteruddery farm and enjoyed the experience every single time. And most of all you see love to hospitality and work in every single member of staff. Knowledgable, inspiring and passionate sommeliers, waiters, chefs. Always a pleasure to visit them!
