Great hotel with nice rooms swimming pool and polite staff, we ate in the bar where the food was very tasty and plentiful, we stayed up the night before travelling to Emerald park which is only a few minutes drive. Would highly recommend 👌

the staff are really nice, the food is amazing, and you get a nice TV and two big double beds in some rooms and they did a great job cleaning the rooms

I went out for breakfast with my partner and wanted to try Pillo. The interior of the restaurant is very calm and clean. We were served by Sarah who was so lovely and accommodating.

This is definitely not four star however it was very convenient to get to the airport early in the morning. They have an Italian Restaurant and little Cafe on site. The staff were very kind and helpful. I gave it 5 stars only for location because it's beside the airport if you're traveling!

Spent a few days here while on a business trip. Big hotel covering 5 floors. Rooms were nice size, bed big and comfortable and i had a lovely view of the carpark 😁, water tasted like a swimming pool, AC was only blowing cold (so i turned it off) despite a heat function but small heater on the wall warmed it up eventually. Restaurant food was very good but it's a big place so was very noisy and full of kids running riot. Don't expect a quiet meal, I used earphones to block it out. Other than that, was a good stay. Location was idea for where I needed to be.

Friendly check in, room very big and clean with good amenities. Service excellent in restaurant. Bar service ok. Pool a little cold but tolerable. Would return

Very clean hotel, lovely swimming pool and restaurant. The staff are great. Super location with plenty of shops and eateries close by, 7min drive to Tayto Park.

We had our wedding day here on the 21st March and all I can say is WOW the hotel were absolutely amazing from start to finish, Our wedding coordinator Francessca was so easy to deal with she made the planning process from start to finish stress free for both of us i dont think we worried about anything in regards to the hotel side of things we knew she had everything sorted, on arrival the hotel surprised us with a bagpiper which was such a nice touch everyone attending complemented it and when it was time for us to enter the drinks reception the piper marched us up the stairs it made the whole experience feel even more special, the biggest compliment i think I can give is how child friendly the hotel are our daughter and two boys are neurodivergent and the hotel were kind enough to give us the sensory room upgrade which made our daughter calm throughout the whole day and night, the food was amazing all our guests complimented how fresh everything was. We would 100% recommend any couple looking at having their wedding day in the pillo to go for it you will not regret it we had an amazing experience. I also want to add how amazing all the staff were from the service staff to the bar staff to the reception staff and the duty manager looking after us on the day was amazing he was so helpful to us and had everything running smoothly for us.

Attended an event here today with about 100 in attendance. The room was dressed fabulously and the food was nothing special but the crockery was filthy.On being seated at the table we all noticed the wine glasses were dirty and when it came to tea and coffee the cups were filthy and the saucers had a load of greasy substance on them No attention to detail whatsoever. I’m glad I wasn’t the one paying for the event. I highlighted the issue with the cups and saucers to the staff and the young lady did apologise but seriously to set up an event with dirty crockery is just not acceptable it’s event management 101. Onto the bar ..card machine broke so they couldn’t take card and the young lad behind the bar had clearly never pulled a pint in his life we ended up going out to the main bar for drinks . If you are thinking of choosing this place for your event then please reconsider

Nice hotel good large rooms , (could be cleaner) great location easy to get to. We had a nice evening meal, though the restaurant was cool, and food went cold quickly. Very good breakfast plenty of choice.
