The pancakes were the best. Our server was super nice. Definitely a place to go for breakfast, brunch or lunch.

Dont get me wrong the food was delicious but it wasn't delicious enough to make the portions we got be worth €15. Also for world renowned pancakes I'd expect a bit more. Staff seemed a little rushed and not the friendliest but we were there during rush hour so it's understandable. The atmosphere would be nice if it wasn't so loud but again not their fault we came during their busiest time. Overall the experience wasn't bad but not at all as incredible as everyone makes it seem.

What an absolute gem of a place! The coffee is super special—the kind that warms your soul the moment you step inside. ​The Dubai pancake is divine—honestly one of the most delicious things I've ever tasted! To top it off, the service is outstanding. Everyone on the team is exceptionally polite, attentive, and kind, with a extra-special shoutout to Giovana and Leonardo, who made us feel so warmly welcomed. ​I’ll definitely be back! If I could give it 10 stars, I would without a second thought. Highly recommended! ✨☕🥞

My two friends and I had such a wonderful experience at this place! The food was absolutely fantastic. We ordered the Dubai Chocolate pancake, but unfortunately, they were out of pistachio. So, we followed a recommendation from one of the staff members, Leonardo, it was a great choice! We also ordered coffee, which was delicious. The place was busy, but despite that, the service was quick and very well organized. You could genuinely tell that the staff enjoy what they do and care about their customers. We were very well looked after by Leonardo, Giovana also the rest of the team. The two staff members serving our table were incredibly attentive and friendly. We arrived around 9:30 a.m., right when they were opening, so we didn’t have to wait in line. I imagine that depending on the time you visit, there may be a queue, as the place gets quite busy. Everything was great, the food, the organization, the service and even the prices were very fair, especially considering the central location. Usually, places in the city centre can be extremely busy and the staff don’t always have much time to give customers personal attention, But here, we noticed a level of care and attentiveness that really made a difference. I will definitely be coming back to try other options, I also want to visit some of the other Póg locations. It was honestly such a fantastic experience !
