I visited two days in a row! The pepper fries are as good as Spain! The gambas are also good! The tomato garlic bread was also good with the paste. Yesterday I ordered calamiri instead of garlic bread and that was also great. The best tapas bar in Dublin!

Mis 5 amigos y yo vinimos aquí para una reunión y tuvimos una gran experiencia. ¡La comida era magnífica, las margaritas estaban muy buenas (a un precio razonable y también fuertes) y el personal también era encantador! Nos quedamos 3 horas y nunca nos pidieron que cediéramos nuestros asientos ni nos presionaron para que nos apuráramos.

The food we had was fine. Fairly standard pub grub. The real in standout was the service from Manuela who made sure our complicated order was taken without issue. She interacted in such a lovely way with the kids in our group, they were delighted. She made us feel very welcomed

I don't say this often... EXCEPTIONAL FOOD!!! I can't recommend it enough. Get out of the pubs and come here. Grab a bottle of wine. Best meal in Ireland in a week. It's that good. Please go! You can go to the Temple Bars after.

29/06/2025: Lovely staff. Very friendly. Food was great. I had a meaty pizza and herself had the meatballs. Flavour was excellent all round. Price point was also very reasonable including drinks. We will be back. Thank you.
11/06/2025: We went for a family meal. The food was lovely the staff were so friendly and they did a good GF pasta. The pizza as it was so filling they boxed up the leftovers which we enjoyed the following day.

04/07/2025: We always enjoy going to Porthouse Dundrum. The food is delicious with a menu that offers lots of choices. Every time we are there, the staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is great.
21/06/2025: Tapas portions, maxi prices. This is not a value-for-money kind of place. We enjoyed some dishes while others were a disappointment (especially the paella de marisco, which had no flavour and no crust, like a paella should have). 5 stars to the beef cheek instead. Lovely atmosphere in the (quieter and roomy) terrace. Service a bit hit and miss.
