Premier Inn Dublin City Centre (Gloucester Street South) hotel in Dublin

Very very friendly staff. Especially Haroun!

Stayed over night at the Premier Inn on Gloucester Street. This is a great location and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and professional. Thanks to Eno, Haroun and all the team for a lovely stay.

I stayed at Premier Inn on Gloucester Street South for a week and enjoyed my stay. Premier Inn has many of the advantages of a franchise property, including consistent cleanliness and expectation of service. They have found ways to reduce cost without intruding into the guest experience (free Wifi but pay for faster speeds, opt-in turndown service, charging for breakfast, etc) and that makes it affordable despite showcasing consistent quality. This location is just off the city center but is walkable to all major locations without the noise and nighttime disturbance that comes with an accommodation closer to Temple Bar. I walked everywhere, including to a number of museums throughout the week, good restaurants (including As One very close by with high quality food) and to Croke Park (this is a longer walk, but extremely pleasant). What stood out to me, however, was the service. Haroun and his staff accommodated a number of unique and somewhat unusual requests without complaint and with remarkable professionalism. It is truly understandable to see employees in the modern service industry resent their jobs and I do not blame them for that. But it does make exceptions like this notable and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel and location again.

Checked in Friday 26th September for mine and my husband's milestone birthdays we had a party of 4 and very attentive staff friendly and couldn't do enough for us we will definitely return to Dublin and this premier inn excellent food, excellent staff, excellent location and very clean

Amazing hotel 5 mins away from city center

You get what you pay for with a premier inn. Small 10-15 minute walk away from the main areas

The location was good cause it wasn’t near the busy noisy area of Dublin. Four or five blocks to the center. All the lower floors have no view just of the buildings across the street. I asked for an upper floor that had a view. It had a view, but the room was small a basic hotel room. I found that the air conditioning was not working in my room. They finally agreed and told me I had to change rooms, but it would be on a lower floor with no view. I checked it out. I went back to the receptionist and said there’s no view at all. The receptionist was extremely helpful and after fiddling on the computer, she offered me an accessible room I even offered to pay more, but there was no need. The room turned out to be fantastic on the 9th top floor. With a fantastic view over the city of Dublin, and it was twice the size of a regular room with a bath. I was very happy as I was there for four nights. Don’t expect to get this room, unless you ask for an accessible room, which is for the handicapped. I was very lucky, thanks to the very helpful receptionist. 👍 See the photos. 😃

Central hotel very convenient for reaching the main attractions, very helpful staff!

Great place in the centre of the city! Easy to commute to the famous tourist attractions! Friendly stuff , clean rooms and perfect service ! My best recommendations! Thank you
