Quays was the best restaurant during our stay in Dublin! At other restaurants, you'd feel like you should leave immediately; sometimes you just weren't served. That wasn't the case here! The staff was extremely friendly, the food was delicious and had deep, super-tasty sauces!
We were very satisfied!

Very good experience to have a beer while listening to live music. The variety of beers is interesting.

Quays in the Temple Bar district is pure mass processing. The food itself is solid, but not a feast for the palate. It's loud and cramped. Our table is smaller than the one I used to eat my lunch at in kindergarten.
And it's like everything in Temple Bar, the Disneyland for people who want to get drunk. Expensive... P.S. Your clothes smell for days afterward (mine was three days ago) like you've been standing by the deep fryer for a week.

Temple Bar in Dublin, which has no boundaries between day and night, is always bustling. No matter what time of day or pub you go to, you can see people drinking beer like a beverage.
If Dublin was the beginning of the trip, I would not have been able to fully enjoy Temple Bar because it was too far away, but I am so glad I chose Dublin as my last destination. This is a pub in Temple Bar that caught my eye.
Since it is a restaurant and pub, there are many different food menus compared to other pubs, and most of the menus are traditional Irish food. The food I ordered was cottage pie, a meat pie topped with mashed potatoes.
When the staff asked if I wanted to add fries, I unconsciously answered yes, which was a bit of a struggle. The pie was covered in potatoes, and it was really torture to eat fries on top of it.
The mashed potatoes in the cottage pie had finely chopped beef like ragu. You can pour gravy sauce on top and eat it, but this way, it tastes like haiku rice, but it is generally rustic.
I've eaten a lot of similar foods in England, and they are all heavy and you get tired of them quickly. It wasn't very delicious, but I ate it often, perhaps because I was sad that my trip was almost over.

The restaurant is above the bar of the same business. There are only stairs to get there. But, there's a reason TripAdvisor has them rated #7 of over 2000 restaurants in Dublin.
I enjoyed a good 12 year old Irish whiskey before digging into a very good Lamb shank. The server was friendly and good. I'd go back there in a minute!
