Delicious fresh tasty seafood, you would be mad not to try the fish, you can even see the muscle farms out in the bay. Great views and lots of Gluten free options including the very tasty garlic bread, try the carragean!

Food was lovely, staff were available and ensured we were well looked after and were not overbearing. Comfortable dining area with beautiful views. The lady who I assume is manageress for front of house, was excellent and went the extra mile for us.

Absolutely fantastic! The views are beautiful and the garden is stunning, all lovingly maintained by the husband-and-wife owners. You can really see the care and dedication they put into the place. Most importantly, the food was outstanding. Everything was fresh, beautifully cooked, and full of flavour. There were four of us dining together, and every one of us left happy and satisfied. If I ever visit this area again, I will definitely come back to this restaurant. Highly recommended!

We had a very nice early dinner here. The restaurant was empty and we got right in. We got the garlic chilli prawns to start. They were perfect. Then we got the seabass and the cod. We loved every bit of it. Our server was very friendly also. We would absolutely would return.

The Narrow Quarter Bistro & Coffeehouse

19/08/2026: Absolutely delicious fish & chips! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming.
14/08/2026: We’re on holidays nearby & when I asked locals where we should eat we were collectively told The Narrow Quarter. So we’d dinner here the other night & it was fantastic!!! Our daughter said it was “yummy delicious” which speaks volumes. I also wanted to say how inclusive the child’s menu was, as it had visuals of the food which allowed her to order for herself which thrilled her & us to bits! On the back of the “yummy delicious” we called back in today for breakfast & it was superb. My only complaint is we’ve to go home today 🙂 But next time we’re passing you can guarantee we’ll be back in. When you’re on holiday & don’t know the area It’s such a time saver knowing where the food is consistently good! 10/10
