Great hotel in the centre of Dublin, short walk from temple bar area, excellent breakfast and the staff were brilliant.

We stayed here for four nights, with breakfast included. The breakfast was a simple fry up, with a choice of continental too. The breakfast period was always very busy, despite what time you went. The room was satisfactory, although the view wasn't great. The walk to the room was a bit strange due to using two lifts, but this is because of the split across two buildings. The beds were comfortable and it was clean.

Fab hotel but on the pricey side for what you get when staying.

Perfect hotel in the middle of Dublin. Rooms are clean, breakfast is perfect. The restaurant is also fine, but I would rather eat something in Dublin itself. Within walking distance of the main attractions, including Trinity College and Temple Bar district. We have been there twice now, and will definitely come back.

My visit to the restaurant yesterday stands as a reminder to myself that there just are too many psychopaths in this world, unfortunately. Just my luck to have encountered a bona fide one--but if I am giving this joint 4 stars, it is on account of the decency the manager showed me in the wake of it all. But first: let me define a psychopath: it is someone who cannot help but make monsters out of others at the first hint that things might not be going the way they want. Consequently, they constantly see so much "evil" in others and cannot but view every issue through the lens of culpability. So, I came in here looking for a corner seat... and was given one right away. As the restaurant was pretty packed, I specifically asked the gentlement who showed me my seat if it was really ok that I get a good 40 minutes or so (I had very important work to do on my laptop). He in turn assured me that was fine. In retrospect that was an honest mistake on his part, because as it turned out, that table was reserved for a party of 2 which was coming within 10 minutes--much to my surprise indeed. So, like anyone else would in my position, I sought clarification from the staff who asked that I return the table before I had even taken my first sip of the coffee I ordered: "but I thought you said the table was free for at least 40 minutes just moments ago?" No sooner had I said those words than this old lady pounced on me, wagging her finger with so much vile, shouting "YOU ARE SO INCOSIDERATE! YOU ARE SUCH A SCOUNDREL! I BOOKED THIS TABLE A WEEK AGO!" BLAH BLAH BLAH. Of course, what was lost amidst her tirade was the fact that never once did I insist on having the table. I was simply asking for a clarification-and indeed, the next thing I was gonna say had she not gone all ballistic like that was "ok, do you have another corner seat somewhere?" At the end of the day, my only advice to the management is this: verbal assaults are no different than physical ones. as soon as any customer initiates anything like that, you have to stop treating her like she is deserving of any decorum at all. in fact i would venture to say that the absolute right thing to do would have been to kick her out immediately following her histrionics. but kudos to the manager who heard me out before I left.

Very courteous staff.. but took more than half an hour to check in. No early check in. Room and walkways give the feel of cheap motel but big plus is the breakfast.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, without a doubt!! The service was excellent and the staff were always friendly and very willing to help you (most of them speak Spanish which is appreciated). I have nothing to complain about and would recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic and centrally located hotel in Dublin. Actually, 5 stars are not enough 😉

I recently stayed at this hotel for three nights, and my experience was amazing. The room was cosy and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a delicious variety of options. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short walk to the vibrant Temple Bar area, which is perfect for leisurely strolls. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!
