The location is unbeatable. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is very nice and elegant. The rooms are large and the dining area is very comfortable. Except they put us in a room that overlooked a real alley.

The service was wonderful!!! They were able to let us check in early and we ended up with bigger beds than the one we booked!! They were also friendly and helpful. Shout out to Martin for his great service toward us. Rooms were clean and bathroom was impressive. Breakfast was delicious and their service was great too. Would book again!

Beautiful hotel and excellent friendly staff and service. Only downside is the cappuccino at the bar. It cost €6.10 and tasted like watery milk. The price is extremely costly for such awful coffee.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay as part of our Collette Shades of Ireland tour. The hotel was clean, the staff courteous, and the beds comfortable. The proximity to the heart of Dublin made walking easy.
