The location is in the center that serves everything! The breakfast is rich and the employees are very helpful.

Very much enjoy my stay. It would be nice if repeated customers like myself would get, availability permitting, a complimentary room upgrade. A special mention to Colm, in the restaurant, who served us evening dinner with cordiality and professionality, as also did Irene and Clara, who welcomed us at the reception when we arrived.

Good location and near to all attractions, bus stop & taxis straight outside so great for getting around.
The staff aren't brilliant but just ok.
You will need to ask about everything, from how to get on to the WiFi to where breakfast is served.
Food & drink is quite expensive so I would recommend getting lunch and/or evening meals at one of the many nearby restaurants.

Unfortunately, we only stayed two nights in Dublin, but the hotel is excellent! The service is friendly and attentive, and it feels like there are almost as many staff members as guests. The rooms are very attractive and well-equipped. Besides the standard electrical outlets, they even have Schuko sockets.
The breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious. There's a selection of teas and coffees, various juices, bread, toast, and more. The public transport connections are also superb, with several bus and tram stops right outside.
All in all: I'll be back!

My stay at the Hotel Riu Plaza Dublin was, overall, very satisfactory, especially due to its prime location. The hotel is situated right on O'Connell Street, one of the city's main thoroughfares, making getting around incredibly easy. The connection to the airport is excellent: the bus arriving from the airport stops practically at the door, and the return bus departs directly across the street. Furthermore, many tourist excursions depart from this same area, making the hotel an ideal base for exploring Dublin.
Another highlight was the staff's service. Everyone was extremely friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. For Spanish speakers, it's a real plus that many of the staff speak Spanish, which facilitates communication and makes the stay even more comfortable.
As for the facilities, the family room was clean, and the bathroom was spacious. However, the room size was a bit small for three adults and a child, as one of the adults and the child had to share a sofa bed located in the same room as the double bed. Although the bed was made daily, I missed a more thorough cleaning of the floor, as I noticed it wasn't swept during my stay.
The only aspect that truly disappointed me was the breakfast. For a hotel of this category and price, I expected a more refined selection with products more in line with the destination. The buffet included hot options such as sausages, bacon, eggs, and tomato, which were very well prepared, as well as pancakes, pastries, and a variety of juices. However, the pancakes weren't homemade—a waiter told me they were bought pre-made—and the pastries were mass-produced. Similarly, the juices weren't fresh but packaged. Personally, I missed seeing typical Irish items like scones, which I consider a staple of the local breakfast.
On one occasion, we requested a packed breakfast because our excursion was leaving before the restaurant opened. The staff were very friendly in preparing it, but the contents were quite basic (an apple, a cereal bar, two packaged muffins, and a juice box) and, in my opinion, insufficient for a multi-hour excursion.
In short, this is a highly recommended hotel due to its unbeatable location and excellent service. However, I believe the breakfast and some cleaning details could be improved to fully meet its category standards.

I stayed at the RIU Plaza Gresham Hotel with my mum for a few nights on our first trip to Dublin, and we had a wonderful stay. The hotel is very centrally located with excellent transport links, so everywhere we wanted to visit was easily accessible.
Our room was immaculate and spacious. When we first arrived, the room was quite cold and we couldn’t work out the heating, but the maintenance manager quickly came to fix the settings and also provided us with an electric heater to warm the room up. This was sorted promptly and didn’t cause any further disruption to our stay.
The hotel bars and restaurants were also fantastic, with a wide range of options available. The cocktails — particularly the Flirtini — were delicious. The restaurant also serves scones with cream and jam throughout the day, and I have to say it was one of the tastiest scones I’ve ever had: warm, light and fluffy.
The staff were excellent throughout our stay. I didn’t manage to get everyone’s names, but the following staff members were especially helpful and friendly: Laura, Luna, Candela and Daniel. They really couldn’t do enough to help.
Due to the excellent location and service, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Dublin.

Excellent location, the staff were all very professional and nothing was too much trouble. the room was extremely comfortable however the bathroom had no heating at all whatsoever other than a heated towel rail that barely got warm and could not be adjusted, a stone floor and 4 degree overnight temperatures made the bathroom FREEZING.
