Fantastic location and the hotel offers a fantastic rooms and restaurant with a great selection of food and very friendly staff 5* many thanks and higher recommend.

Perfect spot to base yourself on Dublin City Centre. Hotel was clean, warm and comfortable. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast good and plentiful. Riu Hotels never disappoint.

This hotel is located in an excellent area in the center of Dublin. The hotel staff is very attentive, many speak Spanish, and provide excellent service. 100% recommended. The breakfast was fantastic, very complete, and the service was excellent. The room was very spacious, bright, and very clean. We will return and recommend it. Congratulations!

The Riu Plaza The Gresham Dublin was excellent. Perfectly located right in the city center and a 30-minute bus ride from the airport (the Aircoach stop is directly across the street). The rooms were very spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-appointed. The staff was incredibly friendly; I think almost everyone spoke Spanish! The breakfast was very comprehensive. Everything was fantastic. If we ever return to Dublin, we won't hesitate to stay here again!

Recently stayed here. Greeted by a very friendly team that made us feel special from the off. From the minute we entered until the minute we left, we were treated like valued guests. We ate in the restaurant, and the food was lovely. Room was very clean and the bed very comfy. Great location too as the air bus stops literally at the door. A small walk to the main shops. Templebar is only about 20 min walk. We used the hop on hop off bus to get to the Guiness experience. Thank you Guys for a great long weekend. Highly recommended. There is a review on here by A.F. Think they are either very confused and reviewed the wrong hotel or they work for a rival hotel. Joke of a review and I promise you its nothing like what they've put. The staff and reception at this hotel is second to none.

Best Location in Dublin Lobby and Toddys bar and brasserie excellent

From arrival to departure, everything was perfect... The staff were welcoming and spoke French if needed. The breakfast was very good and varied, and the hotel is just steps from the city center – a must-stay. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Dublin.

We are staying here now and we LOVE it. The service has genuinely been the best of any hotel we’ve stayed in, regardless of stars. I told them we were celebrating an anniversary, and they have taken incredible care of us, bringing us celebratory cupcakes, writing a beautiful card for us, giving us a very spacious room- we love it here. I just went to the front desk to ask if they had shower caps and they said they didn’t have any with them, but to come back tomorrow—ten minutes later, we get a knock on the door with shower caps. Two things that did concern us was our doors didn’t lock- at one point, we closed the door and were able to open it without using our key. We also needed to have our keys replaced multiple times as they would stop working. There was also a very strange safety hazard going down the stairs- a glass console table. Anyone can slip down the carpet stairs and get seriously injured. I included the photo of it. There also was no decent place to blow dry my hair. Rather than being able to do so in the restroom, I was only able to blow dry my hair in between the beds. This wasn’t relaxing or comfortable for anyone. Our curtains also had strange stains on them. Either way, we would probably stay again. We loved Dublin and the hotel is so central!

Lovely hotel, great staff. They surprised us with some cupcakes for our anniversary, which was amazing. Room was spacious, breakfast had a lot of options (and staff were very attentive), and a decent location. Only one negative: the room service has no vegetarian (or vegan) options - not even chips/fries! - barring desserts, which is a real shame. I'd recommend adding a vegetarian sandwich or some "sides" to the room menu.
