The location is phenomenal, centrally located, and some excursions, like the Cliffs of Moher, depart from right outside the hotel. They have a great staff, very attentive and helpful, and many speak Spanish. The room is spacious and very comfortable, and has a refrigerator.

Great location! Shops right outside the hotel & many restaurants and bars! Handy for transport via tram, bus or taxi! Hotel was absolutely stunning inside! Staff where all very friendly. Rooms where very clean. The buffet breakfast was lovely too! Id definitely return and recommend this hotel

Central location, close to major attractions. The staff at the hotel entrance and reception were fantastic! Very kind and helpful. I'd especially like to thank Mr. Jaimes at reception, who helped me book an excursion by calling him and organizing the whole day at the Cliff of Moher! Thank you!

Great location, disappointed in the view from the room but the room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was very busy but we were always seated and served quickly and efficiently.

We loved the hotel, the staff, the location, and breakfast bar! There were two servers that stood out to me. One was Cybile(sp), and the other was a hostess.
