Riu Plaza The Gresham Dublin in Dublin

Absolutely phenomenal customer service by James at the front desk. We were checked in completely as Gaeilge (in the Irish language) which was such a pleasure and an added treat to our stay. Overall a lovely experience and we will definitely be back. Míle buíochas.

There are no electrical outlets, the room was a bit dark.

Very nice hotel. We got a superior king size room for a very good rate we found all the staff professional and welcoming first over night stay in Dublin and we will return to the Gresham in 2025

Lovely homely atmosphere. Good breakfast. Bar staff need to be more attentive to customers.

Hot guys, great service, did the best they could with my little random requests... Loved this hotel and I would visit another chain. My room was overall tidy even though I always find flaws they were very minor, on the walls. and beautiful. The room was simple but elegant, just like I like it. The only thing that could be improved is the lighting, not bright enough, and not enough varied lighting in the room.

Spent 3 nights here in December.Everything fantastic.The room was lovely and clean.The location is perfect.with this there is the fact that you are aware that anything else required will be arranged but there is no intrusiveness from the staff.will definitely stay here on our next trip to Dublin
