Food is always amazing and doesn’t disappoint . however there is a young girl that works doing phone. My family ordered a few different things off the menu for my birthday, nothing complex and the order was wrong, only realised when the food was checked at home. It was an ordeal trying to get the food correct and trying to speak to someone more senior, this isn’t the first time it’s happened. So check your food before you leave!!!

Hard to get thru on the phone.. says open on the app and drove down and was closed .. but food is very good 👍

14/09/2025: Best Supermacs ive had in years. Super friendly staff. Food was quick but fresh as could be!! Friendly customer service and top food quality is clearly important in the store and they did an excellent job. The spar had a fantastic range. Seating area was spotless. Sad its too far from home to be my local store. Will stop in every time we pass going forward! All the staff and managemt here should be very proud of the service they are providing. 10/10

20/07/2025: I wasn't impressed with the food. It was expensive and the quality just wasn't quite there. At least it's not American on that side of things.
12/07/2025: It's SMacs so it's good, but why oh why are their Milkshakes so watery and taste more artificial compared to other outlets? Eyre square has the best
