When we arrived Sunday was full. Then a boy at reception said sorry you on call. I asked how approximate we need to wait and he said half an hour and we will call you to let your know. We went to Centra, ordered some food, had breakfast. 45 minutes past (we live 40 minutes away from Mullingar... Need plan our journeys), no call and then we came back to check what the situation and noticed that people after us entered playground already. I was disappointed, our child was sitting and waiting in the car.. Then eating outside... Then again came back to disappoint..
Children entertaining place should understand how children reacts to "lying" parents... Yes we are going to playground pet and then what? Whait? For what? Children are playing and how to explain that we can't go... Sad

The place was quite dirty and definitely understaffed, at least during our weekday visits. One positive point is that children under one year old enter for free, although the area reserved for babies is quite small compared to the others.
The main issue is the lack of staff: usually just one person outside and one behind the bar. Because of this, you often have to wait a long time just to leave, since a staff member needs to come and open the gate. Has the management ever considered using a remote control for the gate? I understand that during busy times there might always be someone at reception (or at least I hope so), but with a remote system the problem would be solved at any time. Another option could be installing a high-level button to open the gate, out of children’s reach but accessible to adults.
The person behind the bar is practically invisible, as she’s always locked away doing prep, while the only staff member outside is running around like crazy, even when the place is almost empty. Overall, it’s not very well organised and definitely dirtier than what you would expect for a children’s venue.
That said, it’s still a good alternative in Mullingar, but there is definitely a lot of room for improvement.

Kids loved it. As expected food a little over priced but no complaints from kids. I'll def go again off peak for the quieter experience and cheaper prices 👌

This place is a lifesaver for those upcoming rainy days! With a fantastic combination of soft play, bowling, and arcade games, there's something for all ages. It's the perfect indoor escape, and the staff are absolutely brilliant – super friendly and helpful. Plus, the whole place is spotless. Overall, it's a guaranteed great day out, no matter the weather!
