Rock 'n' Bowl in Mullingar

06/08/2026: While I don't live in Mullingar, I do a light shop in this Supervalu every so often. Not everything is cheap compared to the other large supermarkets but they do have some offers sometimes that I do buy. Their bakery also provides excellent baked products. I do like shopping here and have always found the staff very friendly, helpful and professional including the managers. I also find it good that they have taken my feedback in the past on a few issues seriously and have addressed them - very proactive instead of just ignoring customers some of whom may be loyal, not just one timers. The only issue at the minute is I wanted to ring to confirm a product that I have been asking for about a month and a half which is out of stock. This is not this store's fault but Musgraves. I tried ringing the store this morning and couldn't get through on all three options: Reception, Deli, Online Shopping plus the same message came up "Voicemail disabled for this extension." What's the point in advertising a phone number when it's not working for customers. It can actually put people off as to the professional running of a supermarket. Anyway, I had called into Supervalu in Enfield looking for the same product. It was out of stock as well but a staff member on the floor so maybe a manager said she would contact Musgrave's and find out what's happening. I rang her today and the product is suddenly back in stock and they are expecting two cases tomorrow. Meanwhile, with Mullingar (which is closer to me), I can't get through to check if it will be with them so annoying and id it was someone else, the potential loss of a customer. Can anyone in business afford to lose customers these days?

05/08/2026: Staff very helpful .Just on the clubcard , just check your receipt every time as sometimes the discount is not applied ( have come across this a few times now ) no receipt how do you prove it ???, it's the only supermarket that is open till 10pm in the middle of town of Mullingar
