Romayo's Donabate in Donabate

The burgers are actually not too bad with huge portions and the prices are reasonable. But the customer service can be very inconsistent. Some staff are friendly and helpful, while others lack basic professionalism and communication when dealing with customers. When you’re handling and serving people’s food, I think a certain level of professionalism should be expected (mirrors FOH and BOH). A bit more attention to how customers are spoken to and would make a big difference.

went down to portrane for a few days and found this spot, portion size was great and the food was awesome, fair priced and tasty!!

Very easy online ordering, order was ready on arrival at said time. Food was well prepared and tasted great. Does exactly what a chipper should do 😃

Really good staff and freshly cooked chips

I’ve upped the stars on this place, it’s getting better, still no where near the quality it was 5+ years ago and the prices are sky high but the foods improved. The new southern fried mini fillets are delicious, although the third time I ordered them they came out dry as anything, so I’ll still say it’s hit and miss with quality😭
