I rang to place my order and the girl on the phone couldn't have been nicer. She had a pleasant manner and repeated my order to confirm it. I received a text from the Chinese after the call stating I had made an order and I could check what I ordered to make sure it was correct. I think this is a great feature to have as mistakes can sometimes happen with orders. The girl at the counter was very friendly and courteous. She apologised as we had to wait for a few minutes.(I was there early to collect) The food was OK. I had ordered chicken satay, noodles and a spice bag. For me the satay sauce was a bit bland and the chicken wasn't like real chicken breast. The chips in the spice bag were lovely but the crispy chicken was a bit chewy and there was no veg or chilli in it. The prices were also a tiny bit higher than other local Chinese takeaways.
