Ruby's Pizza & Grill Point Square in Dublin

My visit was disappointing. The quality of the food was not good. I think there was a change of the management.

Food and service were great. One point deducted for the loud music; it was difficult to have a conversation.

We had such a wonderful experience at the restaurant, and a huge part of that was down to our waiter Gustavo. He looked after us throughout the entire meal and provided absolutely outstanding customer service. He was incredibly attentive, always making sure we had a continuous flow of drinks, and everything was served with a genuine smile. He also made some fantastic recommendations when it came to choosing our drinks, which we really appreciated. The restaurant was extremely busy, but despite this, he continued to make us feel well looked after. When a nicer table became available after some guests left, he went out of his way to move us, which was such a thoughtful touch. His attention to detail, friendliness and professionalism really stood out. He genuinely made our experience so enjoyable in busy Dublin and is a credit to the restaurant. Outstanding service from start to finish — we couldn’t have asked for a better waiter!

Food is lovely, great value in the brunch/lunch offer, had the rump steak, was done to perfection. Good options if food and drink. Staff was friendly, place was very quiet but nice

Got food for takeaway, unfortunately they'd no containers for soup to be taking away. Food was nice, but overpriced for what it was, I've tasted better for less.

Excellent food an staff hightly recomend.

Food adequate at best. Service uninspired. Environmental noise consisting of too loud music and bad acoustics. One of the outside booths sizeable for a family and desireable on a warm afternoon was occupied by a single person with his feet comfortably laid up on the sitting bench. Turns out this was an employee on his way on duty.

Gorgeous food, service was 10/10 (Think our main person was called Dee - absolute sweetheart....So helpful & chatty & very cool eye make up)......Drinks were lovely. I ordered the goat salad with chicken & totally cleared my plate. Also for the table, chicken wings & Nachos. Zero complaints. We got lucky with no concert on. Super chilled & we sat outside. Was exactly as we'd hoped. Very polite staff. Great atmosphere.
