Saba in Dublin

Saba (on Baggot Street) is an absolute experience! The staff are so kind, intuitive, and consummate professionals, tendering nothing short of stellar service. Every course is immaculately balanced. The spice profiles here “sing” and are layered with rare perfection. Connor, the bartender, is a “mixologist”without rival….he truly made some decadent beverages that not only developed complexity, but were presented also as a feast for the eyes. The staff are so lovely. The atmosphere is elegant and joyful. We especially loved the photos of people with genuine joyful expressions and moments! We came all the way from California to experience Ireland for our wedding, and Saba represented the grand finale of our adventure, before having to fly back home tomorrow….what a way for us to leave such a beautiful country. Thanks for making our night so memorable!

Exceptional location, service, and food. They had some dishes on offer, like a daily menu. I loved it, highly recommended.

They have a nice rooftop garden . Service was great and fast . They have a good food portions . The inly thing with the salted chili chicken is it is greasy and have loads of nuts . We have our own preference anways maybe because its a thai food but over all its nice

I had lunch once and it was a pleasant meal, the food was good and the service was impeccable.

We ate here on a Thursday night while visiting Dublin for a few days to get a bit of variety in our dining. We really enjoyed our food, the basil flavors were excellent.

As always this Restaurant was top class.

Came back to Saba after a long break, it was absolutely superb. Very accommodating service given the requests - they made a delicious penang for me despite it not being on the menu. Bravo!
