The absolute best middle eastern food in dublin! Its a family favourite and every time we go the food is spectacular, no matter how busy they are they always fond a way to accommodate us and make us feel welcome. Great value for money and consistently delicious food. A perfect combination of P@lā‚¬$tinan and levant and Egyptian food šŸ‘ŒšŸ¼ The manager Ghareeb always makes sure our favourite barbican flavours are in stock so thats also a big plus šŸ¤©

5 Stars Nothing less... Had an amazing lunch today. The food is top notch, takes a wee bit long but its all so fresh and tasteful u just want to keep coming back for more. I know I will be back soon...

The first thing to say about Shaku Maku is how helpful the staff is. That said, the food is really, really delicious. The atmosphere is authentic, with beautiful ceramic dishes and food served in piping hot iron pots. The food we ordered came with complimentary pita bread. Prices were reasonable, which is a relief in Dublin today. Great place for a hearty meal and a relaxing time.

The Winding Stair

06/05/2026: Our hotel concierge got us a reservation at this restaurant. The food was excellent. Highly recommended. We had the Dingle Bay Crab as a starter which was fantastic, the Pigs on the Green pork tenderloin which was very juicy and delicious and wrapped up with the bread pudding for desert.
06/05/2026: First meal in Dublin at The Winding Stair absolutely hit the spot after a long night of traveling. The whipped goat cheese salad was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, while the spicy tomato soup was pure comfort in a bowl. Cozy atmosphere, great service, and an ideal start to our Ireland adventure

21/05/2026: Thankfully just a short flight on the Lyas to Romelagh. This venue could teach other places what true welcome and hospitality means. The staff are excellent with a real vocation and passion for all that is best in intensive care, efficency, and stunning attention to detail. The service, food, and wine were all to die for. Genuinely, it is far too long since we tasted such authentic Italian fare; it was magnificent, sumptuous, and so well-cooked and presented with real aplomb and such enthusiasm ! An honour to have visited for the first time, but obviously not the last . So charming and a great ambassador for Italy, and a wonderful experience for Dublin . 5 stars doesn't even come close as a rating for this unique establishment!
