It's a nice place, but when I ordered tea, I expected it to be served with a teapot and not just a cup. Especially considering the price; it's not cheap. The sandwich was good. The staff was super friendly. The Brazilian people are, in my opinion, the best thing about Ireland.

If you come to Dun Laoghaire, have a coffee at Shoe Lane 😍and try the carrot cake.

Pebble Beach

01/06/2026: Great atmosphere and service, nice friendly crowd. Definitely recommend for a few drinks. We didn't have food.
12/04/2026: The local of Conquer Hill, in Clontarf. Nice pub with a bar at the front and a lounge at the side. Nice little outside space, street side, on a leafy street, facing a wall that hides the Dublin Bus garage. Good atmosphere, didnt have food, but it did look good, observing others being served some. Service seemed good and it's a pub ran by Dublin pub legends, the Graingers. Grand spot if you live locally.
