Really nice ambience and hospitality

This was the best experience in my life the hotel is so good and the service is amazing and the workers are very nice

Great place to stop for lunch. There are benches outside where you can sit and have a coffee. The cliff walk starts just there as well.

One of the nicest places to stay along the beach, we came for an overnight birthday getaway, met with a lovely girl on reception, our room was ready straight away which is always a bonus! We strolled along the beach and took in the gorgeous views, we came back for a beer in the bar which was lovely and relaxing as it wasn't that busy, food was great also. The only one fault I would give is the service was a bit slow & we would have to go the bar rather than table service but I would not take this away from our stay. The next morning we had breakfast and as we were handed our food the electricity and power went due to the storm. The staff were so helpful even though they were extremely stressed, they even placed little candles on our table which made our brekkie a very romantic one! Would highly recommend this hotel for a lovely get away, can't wait to come in the summer & experience the BBQ which the manager said is brilliant.

We went there for breakfast, but we arrived at lunch time, the restaurant was full so while we waited for a table we got a coffee outside and had a short walk , the food was delicious, staff were nice, I’ll definitely go back there another day.

Have had lunch and dinner here several times recently, things have really improved. Opening up the balcony for food and dog walkers would be brilliant.

Shoreline Hotel has an excellent coastal location as a resort. The roaring waves actually calmed down our hearts and souls when we heard the bustling and exhilarating whistling and hissing breeze in our sleep. The breakfast was sumptuous and meticulously crafted to perfection. No complaints at all for its location and hospitality.

Booked the hotel for 6 hrs to have a sleep between flights. Well looked after by the person at the desk in offering me a few items for breakfast in the morning as I had to leave at 4am. Would love to come back and see the place in the daylight some time.

Great welcome on arrival. Be sure to log your car registration on the screen at check in. No need to do the pay and display. Room was lovely, when they said it can with a sea view, they were not wrong. Lovely panoramic window looking out to sea and along the beach. Love the fact that you can see the sea from the shower also due to a second window above the bed headboard. Nice walk in shower, only thing missing was a toilet roll holder. Not really a complaint. Just a bit of a niggle. Bed was really comfortable, with a great firm mattress. Had food in the restaurant for my evening meal. staff were inviting and there was a great energy in the room. Great service during my meal. Went for the Dexter beef burger which was very tasty. The chips were incredible perfectly seasoned washed down with some very fresh tasting Guinness. Had the caramel brownie for dessert. Delicious and rich. Breakfast was off a menu, went for the shoreline works, all tasted freshly cooked served with toast on the side. Eggs were excellent. Really hope to stay here again. Very enjoyable with a great beach literally on the hotel's doorstep for a morning or evening walk.

Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the stay. The hotel really needs renovation, it felt old and shabby, and the view of the parking lot was not something one would wish for either. Additionally, the walls are incredibly thin, you can hear everything.
