It's a shame they don't serve outside. The downstairs area is very well furnished.

Average pub in good location beside St Stephens Green shopping centre

Love thid bar, they show as much sport on as many TV screens as possible. Staff are generally happy and service is good. I love the fight with daylight when i walk out of this bar on a hot, sunny, summer day.

Loved this place! Dropped by before 8 PM for happy hour — quiet, great ambience, and the food was super tasty with generous portions. Will definitely be back!

A good place to eat, and quite reasonably priced for a city like Dublin. It's also interesting that the establishment has over 250 years of history, even though the current premises date from 1986, following the area's redevelopment. Some of the wood paneling on the walls comes from an old church on Merrion Street, and numerous portraits of Irish writers hang on them.

We ate very well and there was a very nice atmosphere. Highly recommended.

We where in for food on the way to the arsenal friendly match. Food was great, service was great too.

We watched the Celtic football final. The place was packed (although we were able to sit at the bar). Great atmosphere and good beer.
