Beautiful food, drinks, atmosphere and staff. I would highly recommend the 10 course taste trial and their cocktails 🍸 are yummy!

We went to try the Neverland experience and it was lovely. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. We didn’t get the matching wines but we did try the cocktails and they were delicious. Would definitely recommend this place for a meal in Dublin. This place is perfect for a date night or a family/friends outing. The ambience is quite lovely too. Would definitely recommend booking in advance!

We went to the "Trust the Chef" dinner not knowing what we would be served. Our menu was blank and we were to put down what we thought we were served and then the server would let us know, so not only great food and service but really fun as well

My family and I just had the best experience at this place. We went to celebrate my sister’s graduation and had the time of our lives. The food is amazing and the game to play between each course is super fun and interactive. Dani was our waiter, the sweetest, kindest, and most joyful person ever, it’s been such a pleasure for us to meet him. We hope he achieves his French dreams!

Affordable fine dining experience with very relaxed atmosphere. We tasted both classic and vegetarian version of the menu and loved every bit of it (dessert was exceptional). We did not go for the wine pairing, but ordered 2 cocktails, which we very much enjoyed. No dress code, so you can be as comfortable as you wish. Loved the food, service was top notch, atmosphere was great. We definitely be recommending to try it at least once.
Update after 5th visit: our 5th visit was a "Trust" experience (first one) - cannot recommend it enough! The food was fabulous, as always, unexpected pairings, amazing! We always leave "hungry for more", but with full bellies. The waiting staff is knowledgeable and always kind, always in the background when you need them. We will be coming back for more!

So I'm really disappointed with my experience with the 7 wonders theme.
However, in general, I adore six by nico so am devastated. I have been a fan of their previous menus but this was the first time I felt the food was not great at all and the service was not great. I felt from the beginning out sitting was rushed, so perhaps the problem is the timing. However, the mackerel 'Brazilian ' dish was not good at all. The two guy servers and one girl server at the beginning were really nice and represented a great front of house. Realistically, room for improvement, though the pink cocktail here was absolutely stunning.
Very tasty, I recommend coming in. The waiter tells you about each dish, how to start eating with a product correctly and how to experience the food. While waiting for the food, they give you a puzzle game.

While I enjoyed the experience, I would say it wasn’t worth the price.
Surprisingly, the food wasn’t the centre of the attraction. Instead the experience was focused around a gimmicky set of puzzles that needed frequent help from
The wait staff - by design.
The food was truly enjoyable, if somewhat idiosyncratic. Small portions, wonderfully plated, and ultimately just right to not feel hungry or stuffed. The wine pairing was reasonable although one of the wines they served was well beyond its shelf life and would have been better used as vinegar. With that said, considering the small size of the dishes, the wine pairing is simply too much alcohol, so I would likely not recommend it unless you routinely have 3 or more drinks.
Probably the main reason I would hesitate to recommend the place is the atmosphere. The place is stylish but so loud you can’t carry on a conversation or understand the wait staff telling you about the dishy.

I have given 5 stars but the reality is really more 4.5 stars. Had been looking forward to visiting for a long time.
Food was really delicious but portion sizes left one of the group planning on a bag of chips on the way home.
Service was good but busy - felt our servers had minimal time to chat to us about specifics or give advice (the engagements felt 'scripted')
We were not advised about the time we had the table and felt rushed out.
Saying all of that I really really enjoyed the whole experience-would recommend it and am planning to go back!

Unfortunately this was not the experience we were hoping for. To begin with the area we we put in the restaurant was in front of the door which blasted us with frigid air everytime someone entered or left. Our initial waiter did not seem too knowledgeable about the menu or the policy of using a gift card we had with us. He said we would find out after the meal if it could be used but it should be ok. As it turned out there was no issue using the voucher. The courses were not explained to us at the beginning and a mumbled monotone explanation was rapidly given as the course was presented. It was only after I spoke to another staff member about not really being told what the concept was all about that more attention was put into presenting the dishes but at this stage there was only 2 courses left. Also the dishes were covered in far too much sauce, foams and emulsion which seemed to be used to cover up the fact that the highlight of the course was tiny. All in all we really didn't have a good experience which is a shame as I would have expected a lot better for a meal and drinks for two people that cost over €160.
I would like to thank Six by Nico Dublin for reaching out with an offer to come back so they can make it right. It's very much appreciated and I look forward to returning soon so I can leave a positive review.
Having been invited back to Six by Nico I have adjusted my review to reflect a much better experience. Myself and my wife went last Saturday for lunch on a beautiful sunny day and the food was so much better this time. Our server was an Asian man and he was excellent at explaining each course to us and got us involved in the scavenger hunt! The food for each course was cooked very well and presented nicely. The highlight course for us was the lamb. Very tasty. After our meal we were able to have a last pint sitting in their outdoor seating area and enjoy the sunshine. As enjoyable as it was I'm not sure the price for the tasting menu at an increased €120 for 2 is value for money considering how small the plates are. Maybe bigger portions would give Six by Nico a perfect 5 stars.
