There was a delay with food however the servers (esp Daria) made sure we were well looked after and included a cocktail on the house

If you're interested in themed dining then the place is lovely. We enjoyed the Nutcracker themed menu. We found the dishes was exciting and enjoyable. We loved the sea bass dish, it was unexpected and absolutely delicious. We were underwhelmed by the cocktail pairing as it included a good cocktail or 2 but most were just sugar bombs that didn't compliment the dish they were paired with. Many of the staff were lovely and accommodating while we were there, however the fact no one ever answers the phone is an unprecedented experience and challenge. We experienced setbacks that delayed our arrival and after many attempts to call or email there was absolutely no way to get in touch with anyone at the restaurant. It set things off on a poor note. When we arrived and asked why this was the case we were simply told that member of staff was unable to answer our question. I support friendly staff competitions but just as our meal was finishing and we got over the fact no one answers the phones, a staff member who just started their shift came up thrust a QR code at us and said "my name is @#&$_! write a review and say I'm amazing because if I get the most reviews I get a bottle of wine. Do it now before you leave." This was startling and off-putting. With as many great restaurants as their are in Dublin, we won't likely return to this one because their strengths are overshadowed by their weaknesses.
