Good coffee place and really handy on the way to work but so hit and miss when they are there, please update your opening hour and days!!!

Been driving past this place for years. Finally stopped. And I'm kicking myself that I only stopped now! Absolutely amazing coffee. Much better than anything you'd find in the shopping centre or anywhere nearby for that matter. Really worth a stop! Great value too!

14/07/2026: Call away to get the food ready for business gathering. Amazing food, staff amazing and minimum to no waiting. Would recommend.
08/07/2026: I’ve been here two weeks ago because I was passing through Oscar Traynor Road: the food was amazing and so was the service, the waitresses were very kind and the environment was not bad. One thing that I noticed and that I insist on saying, is that the owner seemed upset all the time and never even smiled. I suggest paying more attention to customer contact in order to create a better environment.

Proper Order Coffee Co

26/08/2026: Exceptional coffee. Unmatched selection of specialty coffees, prepared perfectly. Pastries are amazing and varied. Staff super friendly. Atmosphere is very laid back and relaxing.
05/08/2026: Excellent coffee shop... limited selection, but excellent quality. Very nice and clean place.
