Love this café! I’ve been a couple of times, their coffees and matcha latte are amazing. Their baked goods and sandwiches are also very nice. It’s also close to lots of great other places in the area.

The coffee is good, also the pastries. It's a pitty they don't sell Açai anymore, also the place is super small and most of the time is full, so have in mind that you might just be able to do take-away.

The best coffee in Dublin! During our visit, we came here every morning for our coffee, and it was consistently amazing. While the food options are limited, adding more would be incredible—but when it comes to coffee, they truly excel!

23/03/2025: An amazing breakfast spot - plenty of option and lots of delicious coffee! We were served by the wonderful Aoife who was very helpful, chatty and also liked to have some fun. We had mentioned we were celebrating a birthday and she made sure to bring out a gorgeous birthday plate! Thank you Aoife - you made the day special! :)

08/03/2025: If the field was set in Inchicore it would be easy to imagine the bull macabe marching into this pub, telling everyone that no yank would buy his field and then buying everyone a drink. Now imagine he also buys everyone food. Not bad food, not brilliant food, just food. Unfortunately the bull went to far and his own honour drove him to madness. The great man that he was, none of that carry on will be tolerated in the black lion.
