I went there specifically for Argentinian empanadas and ordered the traditional Argentinian ones. I received three empanadas and paid €20, but when I tried them, I realised they were actually traditional UK-style empanadas.
I went back after taking a bite. I was only able to exchange one because I had already bitten the other two. I then bought two of the empanadas I had originally asked for, but I was charged the price difference.
The girl who served me was in such a rush that she didn’t properly listen to what I was asking for. I also felt pressured to make my purchase quickly, which made the whole experience quite frustrating.
It's good for getting Latin American products.
The alfajores are good, but I've bought the large empanadas three times and they've always made me sick. Sorry, but I won't be buying them again.
It's amazing! Everything we Latinos need to survive is here 😅 yerba mate, dulce de leche, alfajores, and more. The service is top-notch.
We bought half a kilo of Canarias yerba mate for about 6 euros.
Unfortunately, my experience with the staff has always been quite bad… I don't usually recommend anyone go there for this reason. On the other hand, lately everything I've bought has either expired or is about to expire… twice now I've wanted to give something as a gift and ended up keeping it because of the expiration date… I hope they improve because it's a real shame.
Delicious food! The Argentinean empanadas are to die for.
The options for food are great and you can also get an alfajor if you feel for something sweet!
The yerba mate options are spectacular!
