Ordered takeaway from Spice Guru the other day. Service was quick and smooth—Palak at the counter was super friendly and efficient. She made sure my order was correct and handed it over nicely packed with a smile. Really appreciate the warm customer service. That said, the food just wasn’t the same as before. The flavours felt a bit dull and the quality overall has noticeably dropped. I’ve been a regular here, so it’s disappointing to see the change. Hope the kitchen picks things back up, because the front-of-house staff is doing a great job!
