Sprout & Co in Dublin

Lil pricey but very fast and very delicious!

My partner and I had a tremendous meal. If we ever return to Dublin, we will definitely come back.

Laid back and healthy good food

We ordered a Basil Caesar wrap and the Bangkok Fishbowl, both of which were nice. But for the price, the potion sizes were a little bit on the small size (it felt like there was a fair bit of space left in the bowl)! However, they tasted lovely and both left feeling full.

The first time I came here there was a guy working, Tuesday 4th after 5pm, he provided me with superb service and made the bowl like a professional. The right amount for the price. That guy has some set of skills unlocked. However the reason for my lower rating is because the next time I came here there was another guy working. The bowl size was 50% smaller than last time and to be honest not worth the price like the last.

Went on valentine’s night for a free meal, there was hundreds of us haha the food was delicious, the service was amazing we were served very quick. Highly recommend it

Oh my healthy yumminess!!!! Stumbled upon this gem while feeling hungry and tired. I had a warm salad bowl… HEAVEN! It was exactly what I needed. Tasted so so good and it was so nutritious it made me feel instantly better. The lovely staff serving me had no problem substituting a few bits in the salad for me. I so wish I could take this place home with me, I’d eat there aallll the time. THANK YOU!

I am a big fan of this restaurant and a kinda regular. Here’re some reviews and recommendations. 1 Satayfried chicken bowl. It was so delicious with sweet and spicy curryish sauce, pickles and peppers. Plus, the size was perfect enough. 2 Christmas bowl. It was different thing from menu's image and dissatisfying. The staff didn't communicate with me that I couldn’t know if he really listened to my order. In the end, it lacked the dressing and one kind of important ingredients (miso grazed sprouts ). I was really sad 😔 3 Taco bowl. It’s okay, a little bit spicy but not too much. I can say that it is the safest option for customers who can’t imagine the taste of each salad. 4 Bangkok fish bowl. I’ve never tasted this type of flavourful salad before🥹✨ it’s the way they do. It contains mints and white grapes that makes it refreshing in strong flavor. Nuts were lovely too. 5 official recipe book. Finally got it so that I can remember this restaurant through my tongue after leaving Ireland. 6 Middle East chicken bowl. It was amazing as usual, but it’s a bit too sour for me. If you like pickled vegetables, I’d highly recommend but if you are not big fun of them, probably it’s not for you.

The best place to eat. In the mornings they are open early. Friendly staff in this sprout and in the one on Dawson street . Fabulous coffee and cinnamon buns to die for. Lunch times. Oh my God , I can’t get enough of their chicken satisfay. And their new addition chicken and cashew nuts . I love the mix of spice pickles and crunch. I love the friendly staff , the standardization. Of and decor in both premises and most importantly real value for money . A great new Irish initiative.
