Very good salads and bowls! Quite a long queue but the service is fast

A very good bowl and the cheapest you can get in Dublin! You can take it out or eat on the terrace. There's also a small dining room inside.

I’ve been to Sprouts a couple of times and usually enjoy it, but at this location, while the food itself was great, I really can’t recommend it for the service. Normally when I ask get the chickpea bowl , I ask for extra peanut sauce instead of the Tahini, other Sprouts locations are happy to accommodate, but here my request was denied and the staff came across as unfriendly. On top of that, I was asked to wait outside even though my food was already ready, which felt quite absurd. If you have the option, I’d suggest visiting another Sprouts location instead. Food – 4/5 Consistently good taste and quality. Service – 1.5/5 Unfriendly and unaccommodating compared to other locations. Value for Money – 4/5 Fairly priced for the quality of food.

Sprout & Co on Exchequer Street is my go-to spot in Dublin when I want something nutritious, tasty, and affordable while out shopping on the weekends. The menu has a great balance of fresh vegetables, carbs, and proteins, making it both healthy and satisfying. I especially love the *Chicken Satayfied* bowl — the satay sauce is rich and flavorful, and there’s something about their pickles that makes it extra special. They’re super soft, without that overpowering vinegar taste you sometimes get elsewhere, which really elevates the dish. The atmosphere is casual but welcoming, and the service is always quick and friendly. Overall, it’s one of the best options in the city center if you’re looking for wholesome food that doesn’t compromise on flavor.

Excellent food and an interesting concept. The place is a bit small, but the quality of the food and the helpful staff make up for it.
